Dan Higgins the singer/songwriter from Nowendoc NSW presents his latest single release 'The Hand'. Recorded at ENREC studios, The Hand features Pixie Jenkins on violin and Kate Hollingsworth on backing vocals.
“This is an uplifting song about the hard times people often face throughout their lives. It shares that there are always better days ahead and a friendly hand to support us along the way“ says Dan.
Music has always been in Dan’s family and his passion for country and folk music gave him the urge to start writing and performing original music. In 2016 he turned his dream into reality and released his debut single Home For Me co-written with Lawrie Minson.
Dan hopes that The Hand will touch listener's hearts and encourage them to feel that they are never alone.
Dan’s achievements include being a regular performer at the Tamworth Country Music Festival; 2015 CCMA talent quest runner up; 2016 TSA awards finalist; Released debut single EP 'Home For Me' in 2016; JMC academy songwriting graduate in 2017 and Finalist in the 2017 Australian Songwriters Association awards.
