Canterbury singer-songwriter Phil Doublet releases his third album ‘Strength, Love, Music & Light’.
‘Suitcase’, the debut single release from this album, is a stunning heritage song co-written with Phil’s wife Lana Doublet who also announces the release of her debut album ‘Beautiful Human’ today.

Phil Doublet’s previous album ‘Endless Highway’ was nominated at the Vodafone New Zealand Music awards for a Tui for Country Album of the Year 2017.
Phil is a much sort after session musician both live and studio, well known for being the lead guitarist for Luke O’Shea in the Medicine Wheel band for many years.
His song writing is sublime as is Lana’s. A co-write, the song ‘Suitcase’ was a finalist song for Phil & Lana in the prestigious MLT Songwriting awards 2017 as was Lana an individual finalist with ‘Together Apart”.
