Formed just over a year ago, the Leeds indie alt three piece have been biding their time, perfecting their craft and carefully constructing a beautifully thought out musical and visual pairing featuring Mugen the hedgehog, and animal with an indulgent drinking and smoking habit who traverses the terrain of the human world as a personification of the music of indie songwriter Harry Kinchington (Mugen), who the character is also loosely based on.

Well, their wish has been granted. Driving off the back of their debut release 'That Ain’t The Way It Is', Mugen are indulging us all with their next, higher octane single 'It Never Ends'.
Heavy upbeat guitars and driving drums kick off the track, backed up by lead singer and man behind the music Harry’s ( Mugen) soulfully personal vocals, speaking to us in words many of us can identify with ‘smoke a cigarette to clear my head’. This audio only release is the precursor for what can only be another highly artistic and creative music video coming later this year in November.
Set to once again bring Mugen’s unique audio and visual pairing.

The single, and second track taken from their debut release was also recorded by indie heavyweight producers Jamie and Lee of Greenmount Studios (The Cribs, Pulled Apart By Horses, Post War Glamour Girls) and is surely set to continue Mugens upward trajectory, bringing audiences more of Mugens signature Indie sound.
